CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION MAKES A DIFFERENCE !
Every year, the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO) organises in co-operation with the European Board of Surgery of the UEMS an examination session in surgical oncology.
The examination is conducted under the supervision of the Examination Board chaired by Prof. Schlomo Schneebaum (IS), Head of the Division of Surgical Oncology, Surgical section, UEMS.
The following five surgical oncologists passed the 2007 EBSQ examination organised during ECCO 14 in Barcelona on 26 – 27 September:
- Dr. César Ramirez-Plaza (Spain)
- Dr. Emilio Munoz (Spain)
- Dr. Guido Schumacher (Germany)
- Ida Maria Negreiros De Cavalho (Portugal)
- Dr. Andrzej Komorowski (Poland)
The next EBSQ examination will be organised during the 14th ESSO Congress in September 2008.
